Chakra Kids Arts and Crafts

This is a 4 class workshop. The dates are as follows:

Tuesday August 6th and 13th

Thursday August 8th and 15th from

12:00-2:30 PM

Each class we will focus on two chakras. After class discussion on focused Energy Friend, (chakra) we will create various crafts projects using the chakra images from "Your Seven Energy Friends", chakra workbook. The arts and crafts projects we will create are various pieces to the energy garden, small canvas, scrape book, book marker, key chain(back pack zip-pull) and a keep sake chakra box. Each craft project will represent an Energy Friend (chakra). Returning students will have an opportunity to add and create more pages to their scrap book, please bring them with you and any pics or items you would like to add and work with. Also, if have attended my class before and have created some of these projects but you still would like to come play and learn about your energy, I can incorporate new craft projects for you to create and design, please bring your workbooks. This class includes God's Coloring Book, "Your Seven Energy Friends", chakra workbook to take home and bring back to class to work with. All art supplies, canvas, scrape book, book marker, key chain, box, paint, glitter, gem stones, stickers, mosaics, mirrors, embellishments, ect.

The objective of this class is empowerment. To introduce and to enhance knowledge and understanding of the relationship between energy, thought and manifestation in a fun way children will relate to. Gathering together in groups as early as possible in life, enhances their ability to be open and receptive to the magnificent beings they are. The powerful energy that lies within each of us. How to get to know our energy, and that our energy is our friend.

The art they create for each Energy Friend (chakra) is a daily reminder of what we spoke about during class. A reminder that their Energy Friends are always with them, supporting them and guiding them. That they are never alone. Our Energy Friends love us. It is a reminder of their magnificent creative skills as artists as creative beings (art is a mediation, it taps into the threshold of the great divine within).

Please wear clothing you don't mind decorating as well. Refreshments will be available. Children 8 and up.

I have been a student of A Course In Miracles for 30yrs. A certified Massage Therapist for 25yrs. A Reiki Master for 20yrs. I am the author and illustrator of God's Coloring Book "Your Seven Energy Friends." It has always been an uncontrollable desire of mine to seek truth and knowledge. To spread light, love, compassion and healing. I want to color Gaia with light. It is important to teach my children what I know and am learning. When I was pregnant with my second child I couldn't find a chakra book to work with my children. So I created "Your Seven Energy Friends", a fun and interactive way to introduce and teach my children about their chakra system. I soon realized this book is of great value to adults as well. As we teach we learn. I also became aware of my love of creating 3 dimensional art with this work book. I began to develop art meditation at adult level using images and inspirational messages from "Your Seven Energy Friends." I am grateful I get to meet and gather with both children and adults as we color Gaia with light, love and compassion.
